If I could give zero stars about this place, i would cause there are literally NO positives when dealing with this place. Read the reviews really good before you choose this place. (ON GOOGLE) YOU WILL REGRET SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE! My original review was posted because Alan asked me & my husband to post a positive review about him before we ever left the dealership upon signing papers on the afternoon of our purchase. However, I take it back. This whole dealership is misleading & DOES NOT keep their word. We bought a suburban that had roof & hood PAINT damage under the conditions they would be repainting it. On the way home we noticed a small crack in the windshield. Immediately called Alan & he said he didn't see it but to send him a pic of it when we got home & he would get it fixed when the car came in to be painted. Alan claimed it wasn't painted yet because they had to order the paint. I'm convinced now that was a lie, & that they were going to try to sell it to someone with the damage, as is. I say this because we bought it the end of January & my husband had to stay on them about getting the paint done, we were NEVER reached out to by THEM about us coming in to have it fixed, WE had to contact THEM, several times. They finally, the middle of March had us set up to have the paint fixed. When it was time for the car to be brought in they wanted to give us a hassle about fixing what they said they already agreed to fixing & still we are picking up our car with the hood painted & that's probably it. My husband contacted them a couple different times for an update on our car cause we are over a week into having the rental car. He said he would have someone from services contacting us with an update...that never happened so my husband has been watching where our car has been sitting on the low jack & contacted the body shop it has been sitting at DIRECTLY & received a call back very quickly. They reported only the hood had been painted because they weren't approved to do the roof. So I have no idea if the windshield was fixed either, I'm betting NOT. Save your money & go somewhere else. I would never recommend them to anyone & I even though they promise to service our car for so long I'd trust it in someone else's hands rather than theirs ever again. More
