I had been interested in a vehicle I had seen on Car Guru, when I saw the following day it had sold I wanted to make sure if in fact it was still available. I inquired to the dealership with VIN & stock Guru, when I saw the following day it had sold I wanted to make sure if in fact it was still available. I inquired to the dealership with VIN & stock# and was told by the internet manager, yes it was still available but there was a lot of interest for the vehicle and there were possibly other vehicles I may be interested in. I responded that I was only interested in viewing this vehicle and would like to come in to see it... he later came back with an email 8 hours later that said it had already sold (it was the end of the day). I will give him the benefit of the doubt that he may have not known it sold (unlikely) and that he at least told me it sold (at the end of the day), but it seems like a desperate tactic that is so commonly used to get you in the door that I will definitely be very cautious of this dealership and its practices of deception. More

I had to pay additional 4000$ for accessories I did not order and were installed without consultation . The tire sealant and compressor kit were not in the car and I have not received any feedback from th order and were installed without consultation .
