Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Buford is very unprofessional and there finance company is deceiving This company and some of there employees caused a 52 yr old African American Woman mental harm and distress not t there finance company is deceiving This company and some of there employees caused a 52 yr old African American Woman mental harm and distress not to mention humiliation It’s not enough that the entire world is experiencing a World wide Pandemic for these Big corporations to be taking advantage of consumers is a disgrace to the human race I was deceived into purchasing a vehicle from this location then 30 days after purchasing vehicle Finance employee Casey Pnopes tricked me into driving an hour away from my home to his location to sign a new agreement on the vehicle with a higher monthly payment and percentage rate and when I refused to sign new agreement he put me out of vehicle and had a Big Male employee harass me by mean mugging me and parking 2 big F 150s behind the vehicle that I purchased it was blistering cold and he had me take all of my personal belongings out of vehicle at night time I barely could not see I had to go to Charlie another employee and demand that someone get me a ride home with Omicron virus on the rise the dealership put me in an Uber to be taking 45 minutes away in dispare I am now sick and suffering mental and physical anguish and the sole owner and proprietor CEO of Rick Hendricks Chevrolet Buford needs to be made aware of this There practices are unlawful and deceitful and unethical So beware of this seller More
