My experience with Rick Hendrick was awesome. Upon entering the sales building, I was highly impressed with how clean the dealership was and how friendly the staff was. I was immediately greeted and assisted after entering. Bruce was then sent over to me to assist me with the questions that I had, and there were a lot. Bruce then went out of his way showing me many trucks and explaining a few differences of each one. Bruce also explained that Rick Hendrick does not add market adjustment to any vehicle that they have coming to their lot, which was a huge deal for me considering many dealerships are taking part in this activity. Bruce and I then went on a test drive and although it was not the color I was looking for or wanted, it did have most of the same options that I wanted. No explanation had to be given to Bruce, in fact he could read my mind and could tell what I was looking for without asking. After hearing about other options I was looking for, he looked through inventory that was coming and found the truck that fit my needs. After discussing price, one was finally agreed upon and I did not feel pressured during this transaction. I would highly recommend not only Rick Hendrick dealerships but go see Bruce, he will most definitely take care of you. More
