Never take your vehicle to this location for warranty service. My newly purchased 2020 Silverado just passed its one year of ownership date when an electrical/transmission issue occurred which causes the service. My newly purchased 2020 Silverado just passed its one year of ownership date when an electrical/transmission issue occurred which causes the truck to violently jerk when driving. The vehicle was initially submitted to this dealership for repairs in the beginning of December 2021. Now we are 8 weeks into a process which has involved the truck being "fixed" 3 times (2 of which it was returned to me) as good to go. However within less than 50 miles of driving, the truck still has the same issues. Now my new truck sits at the dealership with no end in sight as assistance calls are presumably conducted with GM. On week 7 I was advised the most current part (transmission wire harness) was at the dealership and ready to be installed. However on Friday afternoon at 430 after having to call again for an update I was told sorry the part hasn't been installed. Apparently high volume of paying customers or a techs (work bench) results in warranty vehicles being pushed to the side until time allows them to be looked at. This I expected at the beginning, however at what week does the warranty vehicle become a priority. Maybe week 10 or 12? Who knows. Just beware. They will set you up with a rental if you're lucky and forget about you until it's convenient to work on your warranty repair. More

This dealership is ver unprofessional and very deceiving very inconsiderate to customers and very rude Casey Pnopes sold me an SUV before it was actually approved by financing he tried to get me to sign an very inconsiderate to customers and very rude Casey Pnopes sold me an SUV before it was actually approved by financing he tried to get me to sign an agreement that was not the original agreement I had a horrible experience there The gave me tag and registration and took my down payment even put the Chevrolet app on my phone they had me put insurance on the vehicle then took it back 45 days later now me and my daughter are in the cold in the bitter winter in a Pandemic without a vehicle I’m still waiting for my money to be returned $4500 down payment plus my insurance I payed Casey had me believe that I was approved in order to get a quick sale and the general manager was very rude and disrespectful I am a 52 yr old African American woman with a disability and Casey had me come an hour away from my home and once I got to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet he told me if I did not sign new paperwork which was a higher financing rate actually it was double and a higher monthly rate when I refuse to sign the new agreement he told me that I could not leave with vehicle that was insured in my name and had tags and registration in my name and was purchased by me with a down payment of $4500 on November 28,2021 It is now Jan 2022 and I have had the vehicle over a month put money into vehicle bought exspensiive seat covers and other accessories he made me take all my personal belongings out of vehicle in 40 degree weather at night time and left me stranded at dealership I had to ask for an employee name Charlie to please keep Casey away from me because he was harassment and trying to strong arm me verbally into signing a different agreement it was freezing cold outside and finally someone from dealership called me an Uber which compromised my health with Omicron surging to put me in an Uber to drive me for an hour I feel like I was deceived misused abused and discriminated against because had it been a male customer or white person they definitely would not have allowed this to happen Casey also had a Big Latino looking employee that looked like a Bouncer to mean mug me and park 2 Big F 150s behind my SUV like I was sone low life thug I guess he thought I was gonna race off in the vehicle but I’m 52 yrs old with a physical disability and when He said leave the vehicle all I said was your wrong for doing this I’m an hour away from home and sure you can have this vehicle back and I also told receptionist that I was not getting back into vehicle that I would walk to next building and get help from Charlie who is one of the sales rep that help in the sale of the vehicle so I never gave him the impression that I was leaving which by right I could have because everything about the vehicle was in my name!!!! I told Charlie what happened and Charlie said what Casey probably did was sold you the car without getting financing approved so I told Charlie keep Casey away from me you guys can have this SUV I want all money back I put into vehicle and please get me a ride home When Charlie and I walked down to give Casey keys to SUV that is when the Big Bouncer looking Rick Hendricks employee jumped into F150 and blocked in vehicle that was harassment I am suffering from headaches and anxiety and stress due to being treated unfairly by Rick Hendricks Chevrolet Buford the general manager said he felt I wasn’t done wrong nor discriminated against He brought up that he has a daughter and a mother which doesn’t have anything to do with this because this did not happen to them it happened to me a 52 yr old African American woman with a physical disability and I’m sure if a dealership did this to his daughter and mom he would be furious!!!! I wish someone that sees this can tell The owner of Rick Hendrick Chevrolet what happened because this is not right I talked to an attorney and he said what they did to me is called a Yo-Yo agreement and is illegal! Such a shame and the world is in a Pandemic and we have greedy deceiving malicious people taking advantage of law abiding tax paying citizens More
