Cindy Molina was an amazing sales rep, I would highly recommend her when purchasing your next vehicle! However, be careful with the sales managers, they both lied directly to my face about my loan terms, recommend her when purchasing your next vehicle! They waste your time in hopes to upsale you. They called us back after we left the lot telling us that they had the deal that we asked for to just try and up sale us another 7k. We have bought and sold Chevy vehicles all over the country and hoped that “#1 rated GA dealer” would have the customer service that we have come to expect. Unfortunately they don’t have the right stuff… they are obviously rated #1 due to sales rates and not the customer service. They “play” the roles well and they are fantastic actors “we want to make you happy” ,”we are doing the best for you”, “im going to get the manager involved because im working for you” these are all the lies that they act out quite convincingly. I would like to ask the 5star reviews how much they paid more then they wanted… unfortunately they probably have no idea they were what is generic sales tactics. When they start pushing monthly payments over bottom line RUN don’t walk because they will chase after you. Newsflash….!!! Bottom line out the door is MORE important then the payment amount. More
Let me just start off by saying Kyle was AMAZING!!! He was super sweet, funny, very knowledgeable, detailed, informative, professional, and he answered ALL of ours questions without rushing us. But the best part was he never pressured us or made us feel as if we weren’t his top priority!! He made us feel like we were family and being there is a shortage of inventory EVERYWHERE he went the extra mile to search through a hay stack and find us exactly what we wanted. Zach the finance manager was awesome as well and helped us seal the deal!! I would definitely recommend any and everyone to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet for both consumer and business vehicle purchases. Thank you again guys for helping close out our year with a BANG!! 2022 here we come!!! More
