Not pleased with the customer service from Jerome (Jay) Reese. I brought my car in for a popping noise on May 7th, and had to keep calling to get an update on my car. I was finally told what was going on w Reese. I brought my car in for a popping noise on May 7th, and had to keep calling to get an update on my car. I was finally told what was going on with the my car, I was made aware that a part had to be shipped in and it would take a few days. I asked if my car was at least safe to drive or did they have a loner car. I was told there were rentals for a cost of $45/day but that I might qualify for a rental for no charge for 5 days. Jay stated he would give me a call back and I said yes please make sure to call back. I never received that call back and I had to be without a car for two weeks figuring out my back and forward to and from work. My car was estimated to be fixed by Monday May 19th,no later than Tuesday the 20th, and again never received a call to at least say the parts came in and they were working on my car or any updates. I called on Wednesday May 21st because I wasn't notified my car was ready all to hear my car was about to be ready for pick up. Once I received my car i was then told they had to order another part for my car that would take a couple of days to get in so I would still need to bring it back to get it fixed. My car is still making the popping noise that I took it in for. I also still haven't heard back from Jay to be told if the part has come in so I can take my car back. This service was unacceptable and I honestly don't feel like a valued customer. UPDATE: Called to speak with Jay on Wednesday and was told to give him a call Friday (today) as they are still waiting on another part and they can put me in a car until they finish my car until my car was done being worked on. Called and he wasn't in and still haven't received a call back. More

Josie one of the sale associates suggested we return our truck back over to our credit union. Buy their truck and rebuild credit from the fallout all for buying a new truck from them. We had negative equity in our trade so a deal couldn't be done without putting significant money down and wasn't in our plan. But the suggestion to do so to two college educated minorities make it worse. Would any "other" couple be asked that? So we couldn't make a deal work big deal. But if Hendrick does business like that for a single sale be wary. I can not in good faith ever do business with them. Thankfully there are many dodge dealers around our area. Camar Haynes didn't suggest this just Josie but Camar emailed and called multiple times to know if we were really going financially self destruct for a new truck. Just amazing even a asian financial guy came out and supported the idea. It was embarrassing as I didn't know how to get my keys back and leave just knodding trying to get away. My wife jumped in her new benz and left. I'm standing there blinking waiting on my keys back. I just wanted to leave at this point. Be careful here, happened to us could happen to you. All for a basic new 2025 durango. More
