Terrible customer service! Avoid if you can! I went in to shop for a Wrangler, and while my salesperson was fine, literally the entire management team came out one after another to pressure me into buying on shop for a Wrangler, and while my salesperson was fine, literally the entire management team came out one after another to pressure me into buying one that day. Whatever, I got one - only to realize it missed some features I was looking for - and that I didn't want to pay $200 for some overpriced wheel locks. During the sale, they promised to add that feature on the vehicle for free; post sale, that offer disappeared and I would've had to pay $1000 for it. A few days later, Taylor called to tell me to leave a glowing review for their team. I told them I will leave a review, but I also wanted to return the wheel locks for money. I've been trying to get this refund back now for 2 months. Taylor does not return calls or texts and the one time he did call back, he made it seem like the refund would not be issued because I didn't give them a good review. What kind of BS service is this where a refund for an item returned is only contingent upon a good review? The two aren't even related! Instead of actually working on the items I mentioned in the dealer survey, it seems like they've doubled down on crappy service. This is now my third Wrangler, and I would definitely have bought from other dealerships in this area had I known this was going to be the post sale service. Avoid this dealership if you can - there are others that will actually treat you well and take care of you. More

My experience with Rick Hendrick CDJ was about as seamless as you can expect it to be. I dropped my vehicle off before work and it was ready by lunch. The parts and service department were extremely helpful. I was visiting from Texas and both of my key fobs broke during my trip.
