Brought vehicle in for a factory recall that Chrysler said would take 30 minutes to 1 hour. Made a reservation 2 weeks in advance and brought in first thing in the morning. Vehicle was not done until aft said would take 30 minutes to 1 hour. Made a reservation 2 weeks in advance and brought in first thing in the morning. Vehicle was not done until after lunch the next day. No parts were needed, just a computer reprogramming. Never received a phone call updating status until when it was done the next day. The recall was for the car burning engine oil. They never even checked my oil. It was down 1 quart when I brought it home. Very disappointed in the service. More
