I brought my vehicle there twice and told them it was a security electrical issue. They didn't believe me and said it was a bad battery and so I paid for it and it didn't fix it. I gave them my personal me security electrical issue. They didn't believe me and said it was a bad battery and so I paid for it and it didn't fix it. I gave them my personal mechanic's number who already diagnosed the problem but does not know how to safely work on the electrics of Dodge vehicles and they never called him. After leaving my vehicle there the second time for over a week they still had no idea so I took it home and figured out the problem myself! The battery dies when I lock the car. I don't know anything about cars and I figured it out in an afternoon and the dealership who specializes in dodges couldn't figure that out in a combined total of 3 weeks? on top of all this the customer service was horrendous every time I talked to someone who wasn't the very nice lady that was costumer service rep. She was awesome but everyone else was very rude! More
