Bought a used 2020 Jeep Wrangler. Second day I had it, the stop/start light came on and the engine ran loud. I also received the car with a crack in the windshield. I was told that the priority was being escalated twice because my vehicle was just purchased but saw no changes. Alicia told me I could come pick up a rental and I told her I’d be there the next morning. When I arrived, I was told Alicia was not in for the rest of the week and that there were no rentals available. They still can’t tell me when my Jeep will be ready and also won’t fix the windshield. My sales advisor is less than helpful. I paid $2,000 (wasn’t optional, I asked to opt-out) to be able to track my car. My sales advisor has yet to tell me how to set it up, even after several phone calls. Also, I received the Jeep with one key and I asked my sales advisor several times to follow up about my second key. Eventually he told me there wasn’t one. I ended up having to call the sandy springs dealership and go get it myself. Young women are not taken seriously at this dealership. More
