Vehicle services are questionable. Came in for appt for oil change and tire rotation. Took 3hrs and grease prints on vehicle. Service getting worse. So more employs using the coffee and guest restroom than oil change and tire rotation. Took 3hrs and grease prints on vehicle. Service getting worse. Was offered a car wash on my next visit, but that would tack on another hour. Not reccomending services here More

My car was returned to me dirtier than when I dropped it off. There are black marks in my interior in the areas the technician worked on. One is on the headliner. Not an easy spot to clean. When I made the recall appointment, I asked how long the entire process would take and was told two hours. I also asked if they had all the parts to perform the recall. I was told yes. Terrible service Lol they let me sign away like i had a car for 7 days then Going to call me back and claim i needed a new bank but lied and Going to say i need a co signer now and etc so totally lied.
