Lance was great in finding a master key to remove old wheel locks. A bit ridiculous that it cost $27+ to remove 5 bolts but better than the alternative of spending $130+ to get them cut off as I was prev wheel locks. Terrible customer service picking up a part I ordered. Rung the bell, and a man with red hair told me he’d be with me shortly. I’ve had two good experiences but this last visit for an oil change was disappointing when I got home to have someone point out to me that there was oil all over my hood.
