Normally I don’t like to leave negative reviews for any business, however I can truly say that this was the worst experience I ever had. I setup an appointment on a Thursday and they didn’t look at my ve business, however I can truly say that this was the worst experience I ever had. I setup an appointment on a Thursday and they didn’t look at my vehicle until four days later. My vehicle wasn’t ready until the following Friday. The service provider Lance was not consistent in communication and I had to continue to call to check the status on my vehicle. I will never come back due to this experience. More professional development needs to be implemented at this location for the service department this was certainly a disappointing experience. More

I never go and walk in for an oil change i always make an appointment and it seems as if i never had one. I’m usually there 1 1/2 to 2 hours for a oil change. If i don’t feel like waiting I’ll walk to Walmar appointment and it seems as if i never had one. I’m usually there 1 1/2 to 2 hours for a oil change.
