I actually take back everything i said. I am more rhan disappointed in the customer service. I purchased the 2023 Jeep Compass on March 18 and have yet to receive it. The follow up by the team at Hendricks is less than lack luster. I have not been given any explanation as to why my vehicle has not been delivered. I have called multiple times sent trxt messages and emailed and to no avail. Sam in sales has not replied to my email, Erick has not retuned my call and Ricky isn't reaponding to text messages. I received a Thank You card. But no vehicle. This was a purchase for my birthday and i have yet to receive it. I would NEVER recommend this dealership.
