When I told Brabdon I was getting my vehicle done someplace else he never told me that there was a hold until the insurance paid the diagnostic and tow charge. He told me I never told him. WORSE SERVICE EVER I went for a recall on the airbag on my way home I heard a weird noise and all of a sudden my ESP airbag light came on and I notice my gear indicator I went for a recall on the airbag on my way home I heard a weird noise and all of a sudden my ESP airbag light came on and I notice my gear indicator wasn’t coming on. Called the dealership and spoke with the rep who told me to go back to the dealership. Went back told the advisor what was going on and he basically said that not on us. I had a Honda Accord and recently purchased a Charger I’ve never had an issue with a dealership until now. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP! More

It was okay I went to have an alignment done they said i needed to replace my control arm $385 i paid $150 parts and labor with someone else who even came to me a I went to have an alignment done they said i needed to replace my control arm $385 i paid $150 parts and labor with someone else who even came to me and did the job. I think dealership need to rework there pricing. After all if you want customers to come to the dealership for service you have to at least work on your prices. Other then that customer service was A1 (meaning they where very nice and cool too bad my a** is too broke to handle dealer prices lol.) More
