This was my first time buying a car, I went in knowing what I could afford and at other dealerships the sales people would show me cars way out of my price range and couldn’t do anything to make me feel l what I could afford and at other dealerships the sales people would show me cars way out of my price range and couldn’t do anything to make me feel like I was being heard and understood. At Rick Hendrick City Chevrolet they listened to me and understood what I could afford. They showed me a brand new Equinox, went in depth on all the features and asked me what I was hoping for and when I told them they let me know it was something they could do! I didn’t feel like another dollar sign to them, it felt like a dealership that really wanted me to have a safer car that I could afford. Ray Farris was so amazing! He could answer any questions I had, went in depth on all the qualities of the Chevrolets I was looking at and he didn’t make me feel pressured into signing anything. Because of this experience, I will most definitely be returning because you can’t find another dealership that listens to their customers and makes them feel like they’re being heard like City Chevrolet. And if you go ask for Ray! He was the best salesman I have ever met and he will make sure your needs are being met and that you’re able to have a car that you can rely on for years to come! More

My overall experience at Rick Hendrick City Chevrolet was better than positive, it was absolutely amazing! Im am the proud new onwer of a cherry red 2007 Chevrolet Impala SS. #1 reason is because of my sale better than positive, it was absolutely amazing! Im am the proud new onwer of a cherry red 2007 Chevrolet Impala SS. #1 reason is because of my salesman, Chad Hopkins, he was phenomenal. Communication is big with me as well as him. I was coming from Columbia which is an hour away I was also at work and couldn't talk very much so I told him what I was trying to get and Chad was able to seamlessly make calls, work deals and was honest about what was going on the entire time. The fact that he took so many great pictures of the car made me confident that I was not going to waste my time going up there to get it. This was a whole new process. I was a first time buyer but Chad was able to walk me through it and help me clearly understand any questions I had. The dealership had already closed for the night and I was waiting on someone to help me shuttle it back home. But in the meantime, instead of just going home, Chad sat in the parking lot and chatted with me for more than an hour waiting on my help. I honestly feel I've made a business partner for life. And maybe even a little friendship. I highly recommend him and you will not be disappointed. More
