Awful I will never buy a car from this dealership again!! After I agreed to buy the cat they brought it to be delivered with the paperwork totally wrong!! I will never buy a car from this dealership again!! After I agreed to buy the cat they brought it to be delivered with the paperwork totally wrong!! I ended up having to sign 4 separate trade packs because their dealership couldn't manage to type a name and vin number correctly. In the 20 days this process took my bank drafted payment for my car that I didn't even own anymore because the dealership hadn't paid it off!! I called them and Ryan assured me he would overnight me a check for the 630. Well guess what that was a lie!!! Here we are over 30 days out they still haven't paid off my car they say they are overnighting the check to the bank and will provide me with a tracking number (I still haven't received it) and that they never even mailed me the check that the bank can pay me back!! This company is an absolute joke! Nothing but a run around this entire time with them. If you want to buy a car I do not suggest you do it from here!!! More

To ensure everyone understands what's expected you must talk about it , measure it then display how well you're actually delivery it. The service department, the sales department, everyone knows their role to actually make it happen. They tell you that you're getting a questionaire about your visit, then ask if you're happy with it and can they do anything to make it better. Quite refreshing this day and age. More
