This was the SMOOTHEST new car purchase experience I have ever had! Chris Sykes was my sales rep who explained all my options very clearly, made suggestions based on what I told him I was looking for….NO pr ever had! He followed up with me a couple days afterward to make sure that I “loved” my new Blazer. I have already recommended going to Chris @ City Chevrolet to a family member and friend. In the finance department Nicholas Grilli did an excellent job going over everything with me, and made signing finance papers an enjoyable experience. We/my family have had several Hendrick dealership experiences and I simply would not buy a car in Charlotte anywhere else. The Hendrick Automotive Group dealerships are simply the best in town in experience, service and vehicles. More
