I needed work vehicle; nothing fancy just a solid vehicle with low miles. Didnt have exactly what I wanted on the lot, but I put my trust in Don, to find something. My 1997 Chrysler Sebring was overdue for a total diagnostic as I had not lived near a dealer for at least 7 years. There were some issues I was aware of--oil leak at gasket--but felt that I needed diagnostic as I had not lived near a dealer for at least 7 years. There were some issues I was aware of--oil leak at gasket--but felt that I needed someone to look over the entire vehicle. I was not comfortable with the car's performance nor with driving it. I had transmission work done prior to relocating to Charleston in December and since that time felt that something was still not right. The dealership, specifically Harry Evans were great--they looked at the car inside and out--and I felt made sound recommendations on how to bring the car back up to speed. I did not ever feel that I was being "upsold". While no one likes to hear the cost of doing the necessary repairs--and I am no exception, since picking up the car on 3/26, I feel like I'm driving a much improved vehicle. I have owned this vehicle since it was new--bought in April 1998 and have always bragged on the fact that I have never had to make any major repairs. At 98M+ miles, I believe that this visit has extended the life of my Sebring. Mr. Evans was always courteous. I will definately be going back--hopefully just for maintenance. More

The problem I had was when I was to be picked up when my truck was done. I was told thar my truck would be ready at 3;00 pm and I asumed that the pick up driver was on the way. At 3;45 I called and got a young lady in the service center.She told me that David was out but that the driver would be there in 30 min. At 4;30 I called and got David this time and he asked if I was ready to be picked up I told him that I was told the driver was on the way but he was not. This was my first sales experience with this dealer and it was a very pleasant one. The salesperson was very down to earth and did not try to over step his bounds like a lot of salespeople do.
