Paul Godw My wife and I arrived at the dealership expecting to look at a used truck that we inquired about only to find that it had already been sold. Paul Godwin quickly came to the rescue. He showed us some other used trucks in the price range that I had given him but I wasn't overly thrilled about any of them. He then started to show us the new trucks which made me a little leery after seeing the sticker price. He said not to worry about the sticker price, that it was his job to get the price down to where it needed to be. We ended up taking test drive in a Delmonico Red 2017 Ram 1500 Big Horn 4x4. After driving the truck, I knew that I wouldn't be leaving the dealership without it. Paul took us inside(I was still leery about the sticker price), got some information from me, then proceeded to work his magic. I ended up paying a little more than what I would've paid for the used truck I originally went to look at, but I ended up with a brand new Ram truck and a new friend. This buyer's experience was much more pleasant than I could've imagined thanks to Paul's help. My wife and I have both agreed to see Paul for our future vehicle purchases. More

I live 4.5 hours away and would be driving in for a very specific vehicle. I made them aware of the situation, with the caveat if they sold the vehicle let me know immediately so I could turn around (Saturday) or change my plans (Thursday/ Friday). The dealership then called 4 seperate times by 4 seperate representives to confirm my test drive. The last contact was 1 hour before arrival. I arrive on time and a salesperson explains they sold the vehicle. I would understand if it was in the last hour since my phone conversation with the dealer. It wasn't, I drove 4.5 hours to see a vehicle sold 4 days ago. The vehicle had been sold prior to my first contact with the dealer on Thursday. Bottom line, grimy. You were warned. More
Quick and Effecient I had an appointment at 10:15 and was out of there by 1:15. The vehicle I wanted to see was up front and we were quickly able to do the test drive. Great Buying Experience I went into Hendrick JCDR with my mind set on the exact vehicle I wanted to purchase and a price point I wanted to pay for it. Paul Dukes greeted me o I went into Hendrick JCDR with my mind set on the exact vehicle I wanted to purchase and a price point I wanted to pay for it. Paul Dukes greeted me outside the first evening and was happy to help me find out more about the truck I wanted. Due to it being a special circumstance vehicle, it took a few days, but Paul was helpful and friendly all through my daily visits. Paul Godwin also assisted with the process, and he too was helpful and friendly throughout our dealings. Both of them even helped put the final cleaning touches on the truck themselves before I took possession, so that I did not have to wait for the other cars ahead of it. They did everything to make sure that I walked away happy with the truck I wanted from the minute I saw it. Mark Nunn was my financial manager, and he made sure I got the payments and rate in the range I was looking for and comfortable with. He too was friendly and great to deal with throughout the process. I am not a fan of buying cars, this is my 3rd, and I will say my most pleasant experience by far. They took the time to make things happen for me, and I appreciate their efforts and would recommend all of them to anyone looking to buy a car. I absolutely love my 2016 Ram 2500 diesel, and feel that the three people I dealt with truly wanted to make sure I left satisfied. More

Trent was friendly, informative, and willing to work to make sure I received the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford. They really helped me out of an upside down situation, and got me into a new Challenger that I couldn't be happier with. Finance department, Mark Nunn, helped me get the added service contract at a price I could afford, and even got me a lower interest rate than I had on my previous vehicle that I had a cosigner on! More
