They also took the time to find out when and how I used a car. As I was driving a 1995 car there were obviously new options that I didn't even know existed. It was amazing to me that they had listened well enough to know which ones would interest me . While Steve did mention all available options , he did waste my time going into details on options that he realized weren't for me. My experience was about me and what I wanted not what they could "sell" me. It was nice to have been listened to by salesmen. More

Damaged my vehicle I went on a Saturday evening with an appointment to shop for a car. My trade in was taken in for appraisal and I filled out a credit application. At 7 I went on a Saturday evening with an appointment to shop for a car. My trade in was taken in for appraisal and I filled out a credit application. At 745PM, we were told that they were getting ready to close up and we would continue on Monday. After getting home, I discovered that the power seat switch had been broken off (stepped on, maybe?). I called about it in the morning and was told there was no manger there. (Really?) I left my name and number and by Monday evening, I had gotten no return calls from either a manager or my sales person. I called again, spoke to the sales person, and was told that nothing had been yet done about the sale and that he would tell his manager about the damage. Wednesday now and still no calls about either. More

I jumped out of my car and in a frantic begged Brain to check my car or i was going to SOL till the next day. Luckily Brain (who was off the clock) fixed my car! SHADY REPAIRS/ISSUES AFTER ROUTINE OIL CHANGES See email below that started a chain of events on the first of two Dodge vehicles. I also wrote what happened to my second vehicle after: ""My most r See email below that started a chain of events on the first of two Dodge vehicles. I also wrote what happened to my second vehicle after: ""My most recent visit to the service department was probably the worst since I started bringing my vehicles there back in 2008-09. After a recent oil change by your shop my car developed 2 broken transmission lines that needed repair. I had called to pick the vehicle up around 4:15pm as I was told to come on in and the car should be ready. As 6pm approached the car was finally finished but at almost $1000 dollars later. After pulling away there was a strange growling noise in the engine so I pulled back to the shop. The service adviser looked the car over and could not determine the root cause of the noise. It was also found that there was a cap (from ac line) that was just sitting on top of the engine. After the car was completely looked over the adviser said I would have to leave the car overnight. The next day after arguing with the same adviser that the noise was a direct cause of them working on the transmission lines it was found that in fact the noise was coming from the wrong hardware being used to re-install some components related to the ac compressor motor. I have already received one call from a service relations person and he said a service manager would call but I have not received one from anyone there. This leads me to my next issue. The car is no longer blowing cold air (see comments about missing ac cap above). I am not going to bring this back if the service department cannot help me out with this as I am sure this again was in direct relation to the transmission line work that was performed as components of the ac had to be removed for this. I have not had one major issue with this car until this last oil change and I have a little bit of heartburn overall. The dealership really seems to be putting stock into customer satisfaction but I have not seen much during my last couple of visits. Please forward to the appropriate people if necessary."" The dealership did offer to help on the repair of the AC but what happens to my second vehicle changed my mind as there seems to be some kind of agenda here people are not picking up on. Whether it is negligence or incompetency. My second vehicle went through similar paces with a routine oil change. After two weeks I started to notice oil drips on my driveway. Take it into the dealer and boom, something to do with engine oil cooler and the cost was almost $700. Took it elsewhere for a second opinion and the diagnoses was not even close to what Dodge said the issue was. I am finished with the dealership and the Dodge product as a whole. After all these years of car service evolution and they still cannot be trusted. More
