We were greeted by Ben Kress and left a few hours later after purchasing a new used car and trading in our vehicle. Everyone went above and beyond to meet our needs despite the late hour. Ben even came in the next day, on his day off, to finish the transfer process and stepped up to assist me in moving car seats. It was obvious that our satisfaction was a high priority to every employee we met. Our intent on stopping to look at cars was not necessarily to buy at that time; however, the attention to our wishes and the willingness to work together to make the numbers work made it happen. Nonetheless, I stopped in for a test drive and the vehicle was everything I was looking for. Trent and Justin provided me a very fair deal but it was not quite what I needed to pull the trigger. They both found a way to make the numbers work, where other dealerships I've done business with in the past wouldn't budge on their margins and lost my business because of it. Outstanding customer service by Trent, my primary salesperson. This is hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had, and will look here first again in the future.
