I was in Atlanta recently and got into my old Toyota Highlander to return home to Mississippi and it would not start. Having had several poor experiences with dealership repair services with many trying Highlander to return home to Mississippi and it would not start. Having had several poor experiences with dealership repair services with many trying to take advantage of me as a woman who probably didn't know better, I hesitated to call Rick Hendrick. I was able to replace the battery myself, but that did not do the trick. When I called the dealership, they promised to do their best to track down the problem and get me back on the road ASAP. Juan Calderon was the service representative who took care of me. He treated me with utmost respect and empathy for my situation. The problem was not easily tracked down, so the master tech and the shop foreman worked until after closing time to figure it out. Juan sent me a video with an explanation of the mystery problem and I was able to pick up the car early the next morning. Despite the complexity with diagnosing the issue and the time spent on finding the misplaced fuse, the service team did not charge me a fortune for the repair. I only wish this dealership was closer to my home! The service personnel and all the employees I encountered were courteous and friendly. I definitely recommend them, especially if you are a woman or someone who doesn't have any experience with car repair. They were honest and caring. More
They were able to get me in quickly for a running board install. They ordered me an Uber, so I could work from my office while the running boards were being installed, and sent a video of the completed wor install.
