We finally found the car we wanted on Rick Hendrick's website for a great price. The service we received when we got to the dealership was outstanding. Although we arrived at the end of the workday day, we were greeted with a smile from Ms. Susann Davis who immediately made us feel at ease. We felt like old friends the entire time and not like just another customer. Susann was extremely knowledgeable giving us all the information we needed to make our decision. She stayed with us past 10pm that night and never stopped smiling and helping. We finished in finance with Mr. Mustafa Floyd who was also right there with a smile. He walked us through our purchase on a late night never rushing and patiently answering all of our questions. We had gone to a different Toyota dealer earlier that day and were disappointed at the lack of help and attention to what we were saying our wants were. We decided to take the drive to Sandy Springs because of all the positive things we had heard about this dealership. Best decision we made! From the moment we got there, the experience was completely different. Everyone was very pleasant and actually listened to what we wanted out of a vehicle. Within a few minutes we were taking test drives with Tresphor, our awesome salesman. We found the car we loved (a Prius V) then the financial portion started, and that made a huge impression on us. We were trying to trade in my husband's car from his previous marriage that he was extremely upside down on... and it didn't help that his credit isn't at a very good place right now. Tresphor and the financial department were very patient and ran so many different scenarios for us to make sure we got the numbers we were comfortable with. From here we met with Julian to do all the paperwork for the purchase. He was such a pleasure to have helping us make decisions on maintenance packages based on our needs and made all the paperwork painless. I cannot say enough good things about our visit. I'm so glad we decided to make the drive to see what all the hype was about, they did not disappoint! More

The fir Visit: 03242017 @ 1730 Purchase: 2016 Toyota 4Runner SR5 My initial experience with Rick Hendrick Toyota Scion was not an enjoyable one. The first salesman that greeted me insisted on only showing me one vehicle and then wanted to run my credit. I told him I did not want to run my credit until I found the vehicle that I was completely happy with. I told him I couldn't make my decision being only showing one vehicle. Growing frustrated with him I was preparing to leave. I felt like he was taking advantage of my situation because I was a woman with two children who he believed had minimal car buying experience. Until I met David Ly. David was amazing from the start. By this time it was already 8 o'clock and my children were growing tired, he offered them refreshments and was more then willing to show me the entire inventory of 4Runners which I had drove over an hour to see. Acworth to Sandy Springs. After David help me find the right car for my family's needs, he was on the ball about getting everything done promptly. By this time it was 11 o'clock and I was unable to close my deal he was able to get the vehicle loan to me for 3 days until I could return that following Sunday to complete the paperwork. He introduced me to Samuel Gattuso* (spelling) who helped make the 4 runner all mine!! Samuel was single-handedly the most efficient and honestly trustworthy finance person I've ever dealt with. He got us an 8.**%Apr on a 35k loan. He was willing to run different requests with banks to find the right and best deal for us! We are so pleased and will be back to upgrade my husbands Toyota Tundra! More
