Landed a new Prius! High praise for all personnel I dealt with, from sales to finance. Pleasant and professional, not at all pushy. Horrible Service Everytime First off, when I bought my car, it took them more then 8 hours to get me my car. The emergency brake on my new car was not hooked up, so I took it in First off, when I bought my car, it took them more then 8 hours to get me my car. The emergency brake on my new car was not hooked up, so I took it in to service, where they gave me a minivan loaner when I have a sports sedan. They told me that my car would be ready the next day and the next day they call me telling me it would be an extra day, so I was fine with it. I called after work that following day for them to tell me that they had to order some part and it would be an additional day. They ended up having my car for 5 days and when I went to pick it up, they had not even hooked up my emergency brake. That was my first bad experience. Second bad experience, I called to schedule an appointment on Saturday for Sunday afternoon. I go in that Sunday to get a loaner vehicle, they have me sit around for an hour just to tell me that they have no more loaners. They did nothing but waste my time and they gave me the same minivan loaner. I will never recommend a friend or family or even a stranger to get there car there or get it serviced there. Wish I could rate 0 stars!!! More
