The waiting area rooms and amenities are WAY above average. A few other times we've thought we had a problem but, when we called, we were told what to do over the phone which saved time and effort. We are each 74 years old and been married 50 years. One thing we agree on is that Rick Hendrick Toyota, Sandy Springs is the best vehicle service that we have ever experienced. More

I had hidden electrical problems in my Toyota, random loss of complete power and turned back on whenever it wanted to. This was a big problem, as it made me always late to meetings and other important functions. Before I came to meet service specialist Chris, I went to Peachtree Industrial "No Service Location World of Toyota". After three days of my visits, they decided to refuse to fix my car because my car was previously in an accident. They didn't have any clue about my car problem and they did not have a REAL certified mechanic and service representative to find the electric issue in my car. But they charged me for nothing $367.00. Nothing was done! Still no refund! I lost hope. My kids recommend me to visit another location of Toyota dealers. I am very lucky, because I met service specialist Chris Rodriguez at Sandy Springs Rick Hendrick Toyota. He really knows how to listen to customers, and very important, how to deliver the issue to the certified mechanic. He immediately developed a strategy. He said - "diagnostic will take time and we go step by step." I had hope! He really cared about me and my car problem. He gave me a car for rents and the price for everything was very affordable. I felt his honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Please keep him on the same position and let him grow. I trust him and I want to see him on my future visits in Sandy Springs Rick Hendrick Toyota.
