In those 16+ years I have had the privilage of working with Nicole DeLaigle for the majority of my service needs. In all that time I have never felt as if I was being taken advantage of and that my serive needs were met at a fair price. I have become so comfortable with the service that I receive from Nicole that I leverage her knowledge on the service related to my wifes car ( a non toyota). Because of Nicole, we will be replacing my truck in the coming years with another toyota from Rick Hendricks and my wifes car as well. She is truly a shining example of how car service center customer serive should be. More

They both run like tops, never a rattle or a problem. With the records kept on the car and truck, she and the Sandy Springs, Ga., dealership has really kept them like new (well, I can't blame them for the dents I've accrued). Prior to going to the Sandy Springs service center, we used another extensively but it just wasn't up to snuff compared to the Sandy Springs site. Nevertheless, I left after wasting half the afternoon and went to World Toyota. Got the deal and I'm driving my new Camry....took me less than 2 hours. More

He just wanted to make his commission by just lying that he can get everything done. Anyway I decided to sell my toyota after this event. More
