I was without a vehicle and my "borrowed" car would be leaving in 2 days. I had researched a variety of cars via internet. I had also visited every car dealership in the Atlanta area. I came to Sandy Springs Toyota to look at a car I had found on their website. The dealer apologetically informed me that the car had been loaned to someone. He then found out precisely what I was looking for in a car and my price range. He helped me find a car that got great gas mileage and one I could afford. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. He did not try to sway me toward one car over another. He found the best deal for my situation. I love my new Camry. Everyone I came into contact with at this dealership was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dealership when buying new or used. More

We were looking to pay cash for a Prius this weekend. I called several dealers and made an appointment with Josh at Sandy Springs first thing Saturday. Sunday we got him on the phone and ironed out the final issues. we were ready to buy, and he told us to come down and pick it up, the paperwork was being drawn up. Sadly, once we got there, he ignored us for 20 minutes and then said he had "good news and bad news." The bad was that he sold our car; the good was that he had two others that were 2K more! What is worse is that when we said to him very calmly that we felt this was dishonest,he flipped a lid and became aggressive with us, the potential customers!!!! His demeanor was very upsetting to us and absolutely unprofessional. I've never been treated like that and we are both very upset. We realize dealers and salespeople have their little tricks, but he was unkind and upset our entire weekend. It's not like we had nothing better to do than drive across town to purchase a car that he had already sold! The good news is that we found a very nice salesperson at World Toyota and are now happy owners of a prius. More

WHEN I LOOKED ONLINE ON MY COMPUTER IN THE LOBBY SHORTLY AFTER SENDING MY CAR IN FOR SERVICE, I REALIZED THAT COMPETITORS CHARGED SIGNIFICANTLY LESS. STEVE DEEGAN IGNORED MY REQUEST TO MATCH THE COMPETITORS PRICE- TOLD ME THAT THE PADS WERE ALREADY CHANGED AND PRETENDED TO GIVE ME "FREE LABOR" ON ANOTHER ITEM TO JUSTIFY IT. I HAD SOMEWHERE TO GO AND COULDNT BEAR THE HASSLE TO FIGHT IT AT THE TIME. WOMEN, PLEASE DO TONS OF RESEARCH BEFORE GETTING ANYTHING DONE TO YOUR CAR.
