I was trying to contact the service manager and ended up in someone’s voice mailbox twice by the name of Nicole. No response, they are awful in responding. I took our Rav 4 in on Feb 5th to get an es in someone’s voice mailbox twice by the name of Nicole. No response, they are awful in responding. I took our Rav 4 in on Feb 5th to get an estimate for the Insurance company for some damage. I was given a quote ultimately for around $3201. Since then there have been two extra items that were missed a control arm $499 and now the Subframe estimate of $3200. The Insurance company did not cover all of the original estimate and we decided to go ahead with Rick Henderson Toyota anyways and pay out of our pocket the difference. These new items really places both ourselves and Rick Henderson in a difficult position. I would like to have a discussion with the service manager to figure out how we address this situation before it gets escalated. I recommend you go elsewhere when you have an accident. Extremely poor service and thoroughness. Sub standard experience that is continuing. More
