This is my first time purchasing a brand new car. I had a fully customized Jeep Wrangler that started having issues so I decided to sell it. I wanted a Tacoma for the 4x4 and reliability. I went to other Toyota dealerships and was treated poorly. Tacomas were selling fast everywhere. I found the perfect Tacoma here at Rick Hendrick. I was greeted by Jared Denson who was extremely professional and kind. During the test drive he explained every detail of the Truck and what every button operated. He even showed me the engine bay and took his time. Bryan Garcia helped with the financing along with James and they worked harder than ever to get me the numbers I needed to leave with the truck. Everyone at this dealership was so kind and welcoming. They were professional and didn't rush me. I've never had such a great car buying experience until this. On the plus side, they even put a bow on my truck for me after detailing it. That was the icing on the cake. This team, you have no idea how much this experience met for me and the timing of it all. Thank you so much!!!! I will definitely come buy all my vehicles from here along with servicing my truck. More
