Lack of Quality Customer Service In regards to the service done to my vehicle, I’m not a satisfied customer. I was not planning on the almost 2 hours to get a key & FOB made, however In regards to the service done to my vehicle, I’m not a satisfied customer. Kept me informed of the status of my vehicle My service adviser informed me, he was having my truck brought forward for me. After having waited several minutes, I looked out I saw an individual in my truck, with it running but he was busy talking on his cell phone. I walked back where the truck was and informed your employee I was here for my truck. He gets out of the truck, apparently dragging his feet across the drivers side floor mat and also the Weather tech mat, causing the anchor pin holding the mats, to come out of the floorboard and left both the floor mat and Weather tech mat in a totally disarray condition. Wasting my time waiting for him while he we was talking on his phone, plus leaving both mats totally disarray, was totally unprofessional and certainly not acceptable. I started to come back into the dealership, but I had other places to be. More
