Service Department not so great I brought my Lexus here on December 27 for an oil change and flat tire repair. Two days later my tire starts to leak air again. Rather than taking the tire off to check for a nail they just put air in it. The customer service rep seemed so pressed to get me to buy new tires instead of addressing the issue I presented to him. I'm used to the superb service that I have received from various Lexus dealerships throughout over the years. This was my first time having my car serviced at any place other than Lexus and it will be my last. I'll make the trip to the Lexus dealership in Raleigh from here on out. More
