I have been a loyal customer for Rick Hendrick Toyota (Fayetteville NC) since 2001. I have purchased four cars from them and have done all the required and recommended services with them to include a fifth vehicle (Acura) I owned. More than likely I have spent over $250,000. Recently, one of my vehicles (Toyota Sequioa) the transmission went bad. I took it in for service and the indicated warranty was not honored. As result of this, I called the Rick Hendrick's headquarter's office and spoke with Mr. Wood and requested to speak to Mr. Brown. Mr. Wood stated that he was the one that handled all the warranty complain issues and he was going to contact the dealership and return my phone call. Unfortunately for me, Mr. Wood or Mr. Brown have not had the courtesy to call me back with an explanation regardless of the outcome.
