I used to go to a dealership in Orlando when I lived there and they were much quicker and more efficient. More
Terrible experience!!! This is not the first bad experience I have had here but it was, by far, the worst. I had an 11:30 appointment. They didn't check me in until 12:00. At this point, it seemed reasonable as they could have been running a little behind. So their hour and a half estimate has passed. I was was here for an oil change by the way. It's 1:30 and they are not done. 2:15 rolls around and I go to check on the status. They haven't even started on my car. At this point, I'm getting upset because I have my 4 month old with me and even more upset about the terrible customer service. "We will get it in the shop as soon as possible." Every 30 minutes I would check on the car and when they went to find out they never even came back to tell me.. Now it's 4:15. 4 hours and 45 minutes after my "appointment." They finally bring out around and start the paperwork (which took 15 more minutes). The paperwork went something like this: "you are a woman who probably doesn't know any better so we are going to tell you that about ten things we inspected FAILED and need to be fixed (for a total of $1,300.00). Luckily, I'm not that stupid. Anyway, terrible experience and HUGE lack of customer service. More

Very professional and courteous My lease was ending and I made an appointment to look at my options. Tim Alston was my sales rep and he was fantastic. No pressure sales! Everyone was truly interested in getting me into the just the right car for me and my family. Once I made that decision (and it took quite some time), the rest of the process went pretty quickly. I was out of the finance office in 20 minutes -- loved the electronic documents process because it was so much easier than the paper! I also take 2 other Toyotas for service at this dealership. In the 3 years, I have been using their service department, I have been very pleased with the Service Advisors and the quality of work. More
