The most unprofessional and dishonest service department. The requested maintenance services were done poorly; other services were listed as completed but were not done at all. When confronted about the se The requested maintenance services were done poorly; other services were listed as completed but were not done at all. When confronted about the service and the discrepancy between the bill and what had actually been done, the“service advisors” lied and then when confronted about their dishonesty, I was invited to speak with the manager who conveniently had already left for the day. What promised a call back, but was never contacted. I followed up in person and met with the service manager. To his credit, the manager attempted to make things right by having the services that were not originally performed done, but I have lost any faith and trust in this dealership. Routine maintenance should not require multiple visits, and I no longer have confidence that any maintenance/repairs would be done completely and without taking shortcuts. More
