Absolutely 100% shocked at how this entire service experience went. Was told on the phone that I had a warranty that was good until AUGUST of 2025 and that the issues I was having would “most likely” experience went. Was told on the phone that I had a warranty that was good until AUGUST of 2025 and that the issues I was having would “most likely” be covered by warranty. This prompted me to bring my car in, having good faith that seeing as I purchased my car here & I’ve serviced here before they would do right by me- a loyal customer. I have sent many others to purchase a vehicle here as well. Not only did I wait up there from 9-3 on my only day off after getting off of work at 8am. I was never offered a loaner or a shuttle. They just let me wait. So I began walking around the lot. Only to be insulted by a saleswoman who gave me an ultimatum of agreeing to buy a car before even being allowed to test drive it. I will never be returning. I will tell everyone about my horrible experience in both service and sales during this visit and I will be posting a review on every website I can find that has this dealership attached to it. More
