The upfront staff at Rick Hill Mercedes-Benz are very thorough and very nice but the service manager is very remote and unresponsive. My Mercedes is presently in for a repeat problem with the torque conv thorough and very nice but the service manager is very remote and unresponsive. My Mercedes is presently in for a repeat problem with the torque converter. In less than 60,000 miles they are now replacing the second torque converter with number three and I cannot get the service manager to answer the phone or to call me back with a status, I am not pressuring them to do the work quickly, I only wanted to know if they had found the issue that is causing this repeat failure. Twice last week I called for status and was told each time that the service manager was going to call me and he did not and over the weekend I did an online chat and was told once again that they would respond and they haven’t. With the cost of service on my car, although I really like it, I will likely sell or trade for another brand after this repair is completed. More

I've been treated with respect, courtesy, and have been provided alternate transportation when longer service times are required. A specific 'shout out' to service advisor Jeff Smith, who has been my go-to guy for over-the-top trustworthiness and unbiased guidance.
