As with any review it just depends on the depth of the evaluation. My plan was to make one trip for an annual vehicle service and while there I had decided to put new tires on all four wheels. The mechanic who serviced my car last year (Adam) has already moved on so that means a new mechanic but he was off to school getting trained to work on Porsche since he was a BMW mechanic. So Jeff who works the Porsche counter encouraged me to come in and get my tires and alignment and so I did. Based on the fact they ordered in the tires I wanted, gave me a fair market price on them, replaced my tires without any scratches on my rims even where they replaced the stick on weights, I was satisfied. In addition, they did Road Force Balance the tires and did a full alignment on the car so the tires would wear better over their life. So even though I didn't get everything accomplished in one visit I was pleased with the hospitality and the actual service I did receive warm hospitality from Jeff Wilson and the counter team and Donovan East did a good job dialing in the tires on the car...no vibrations. More
