Bmw x5 diesel - EGR issues and SCR TANK I brought in my x5 diesel on scr tank warranty repair but check engine lite was also on. Sam asked Jim to diagnose and they came back with $1500 to fi I brought in my x5 diesel on scr tank warranty repair but check engine lite was also on. Sam asked Jim to diagnose and they came back with $1500 to fix it (ouch) with problem in EGR system that another shop had worked on and not repaired correctly. In the meantime, we had a friend pass away and needed to leave urgently for Iowa and really wanted to take BMW for such a long trip. Sam and especially Jim jumped on it and got it finished in time for the trip. In fact, we brought our stuff , transferred it to X5, and left the dealership driving directly Iowa. This is the epitome of great service and we so much appreciate Sam and Jim getting our car repaired quickly. Thanks so much! More
