Nice folks in service area I brought my Sequoia in for the first service appointment. The service attendant made three trips to the waiting room to explain the time that was in I brought my Sequoia in for the first service appointment. The service attendant made three trips to the waiting room to explain the time that was involved, why, and what the mechanics were doing. He helped me understand new features and characteristics of my Sequoia and hand delivered my keys as he escorted me to my car at the closest location. I have owned Audi, Porsche, and other high end vehicles and have never received that kind of treatment. Quality service is rare and keeps folks like me coming back to make a purchase. More

Primpt Professional Service Robbyn was my service advisor. She met me promptly, explained what my 70,000 mile service would cover and that it would take about 90 minutes. After a comfortable wait in the service lounge where I read and enjoyed a granola bar, she came to tell me they were finished (in 90m minutes) and explained the findings of their inspections. We bought our Avalon from Rick McGill's and always take it there for service. (Maybe that's why it is so trouble free!) More
