I just finished my purchase of a new Toyota at Rick McGill's Toyota in Alcoa.. The experience I had was excellent. They were professional and straight forward in all of our conversations from start to finish. I'll definitely go back for my next purchase. I spent 3 days talking with another dealer and got nowhere. I went to Rick McGill's and spent 3 hours and purchased a new car. This included me taking my time shopping! I highly recommend them. From start to finish, it was a great experience.
