I'm very busy (aren't we all) and Steve's willingness to work with me via email and text helped me get the deal done with minimal down time in this busy holiday season. I appreciate his time and patience and educating me about all the features on my new Highlander, I love it! Also, just a word about Robyn Hicks in the service area. I've know Robyn from Toyota of Knoxville and am delighted to find her at Rick McGill-she has serviced my previous Toyota's and I trust her completely to take care of me!! More

Frame Replacement Robin and LeeAnder went above and beyond to do my repairs quickly and kept me updated every step of the way. I was given a brand new loaner vehicle. I was able to work a little and didnt have to make other arrangement for someone to pick up my kid from school. More
