Regarding the A/C, we did offer to have it inspected, but understand you chose not to move forward at that time and did not purchase a service contract that could have covered any needed repairs. On the title delay, out-of-state transactions can sometimes take longer because we must wait on processing from the state where the vehicle was originally titled. While this is outside our direct control, we are actively following up and will keep you informed of any updates. We know this has been frustrating, and while we can’t change the processing timelines, our goal is to help you get on the road as soon as possible. If there’s anything we can do in the meantime to help with your transportation needs, please let us know.

So the A/c full of gas when I was buying but it was actually leaking when I take the car from the dealer I drive like 40 miles the gas got finished and the A/c start blowing hot I called the same time to your dealer they told me it was fine take it to the dealership of Toyota the will help you it was weekend I get home anyway , there is no dealership of Toyota near to me I called back to your dealership they said we can’t do anything about that the only thing we can do make you an appointment with the dealer in Colorado which is almost 5 hours from me so I fixed by myself I spend $500 and it’s more then one month I am waiting for the title I could make every week 1500$ in uber but now I don’t have any income because all platforms are asking for my registration and you know that so now your dealer response me the tittle get to them and it’s damaged and they said we are requesting another tittle which will take 6 weeks , so how is this possible that I can wait 3 months for the tittle? Will you wait for it ? If I had the tittle I could make about $18000 dollars!!! But now I have Nathing and above that am paying insurance $270 every month which is gonna be $810 dollars until am getting the title so 500+18000+810$ is 19310$ dollars plus the car cost , so guess how much is the car cost for me right now??? Over 40000$ are you buying my car with $40000? So please send me the title as soon as possible if not am gonna take the car back to your dealership with a bunch of police officers and and we will go from there . But now am requesting you that please make it easy for us . Sorry if I used over words but I be to say that losing money every single day i am jobless. Please respond me . I reply you privately because I don’t want you guys to lose customers thanks .

Mr Yarmal, the service advisors told about your issue with the coolant and that you charged the coolant yourself, which can be problematic in itself as far as liability, which is why I asked the vehicle be brought back here. I am sensitive to your title issue however I cannot help that the title came from Enterprise damaged. The vehicle has a Michigan title and we are in touch with the company and the Michigan DMV. As soon as I can get the title I will overnight it to you.
