I always goto this Dealership for servicing and typically receive great customer service except for this last time on July 12th. I dropped my car off for a battery change and the service advisor called me to receive great customer service except for this last time on July 12th. I dropped my car off for a battery change and the service advisor called me to let me know it was ready and to pick it up by 6:30 PM, I arrived at 6:05 PM and was then told by the cashier (didn’t wear a name tag but he was a hispanic guy with earrings that dangled 2 inches from his ear, patchy beard) that they closed at 6 PM and he would not sign off on my car. I apologized for being late but told him I was told to be there before 6:30 PM. He made sure to make it aware how annoyed he was sighing aggressively and rolling his eyes, he then walked away and came back a few seconds later throwing papers down infront of me and rudely telling me he’ll let this slide this one time and to sign the papers. He then made sure to “let me know for future reference” after already lecturing me that they close at 6 PM. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service where I’m being talked down to for being 5 minutes late to pick up a car after they were the ones who misspoke by saying be there before 6:30pm. Hispanic guy (late 20s-mid 30s) with his dangly earrings was extremely rude and should not be customer facing what so ever. More
