I was very pleased with the service I received at AutoNation Honda Chandler. My service advisor was Reginald Smith. He was very professional and gave me a feeling that he truly cared about helping me service my car while I waited. This is something that I normally receive no matter where I take my car for service. I hope Mr Reginald Smith is available to help me in the future.

I have Auto Nation Warranty and I went to the Chevrolet where we bought our Honda CRV. They said that they didn’t have the equipment to see what the problem was . They said to go to A Honda Dealership and they can help me. When I got to Arrowhead Honda Robert told me that they can’t do free Maintenance as they don’t deal with Nation Wide. I told him why Chevy said and he checked things out and he said that’s the system sounds like it’s a battery and if I went to Chevrolet the battery would be $165 and Robert told me that their Battery was more but showed me what the warranty was and I told him that it was a better deal with Honda and said let’s do it. So he helped me with everything and is very Professional. You have a Great Service associate.
