I was told I needed to go back to the dealership where I purchased my HRV to fix an issue with unnecessary honking/beeping when unlocking and locking my car. I was told that the "alarm expert" at your locat purchased my HRV to fix an issue with unnecessary honking/beeping when unlocking and locking my car. I was told that the "alarm expert" at your location wasn't able to fix it, due to it being purchased elsewhere. I took a day off from work and drove all the way to Avondale to have the technician walk me through a series of steps to reset my alarm. I didn't even have to exit my vehicle. I was there 5 minutes tops. I was disappointed to discover that this could have been done at Right Honda. Shout's out to Earnhardt Honda for going the extra mile! More
