The purchasing process was typical for a dealership, playing the "numbers game" was exhausting and frustrating but we finally worked out a deal I was comfortable with. I wouldn't say I got a fantastic deal but I also didn't loose sleep it over it like I have with prior vehicle purchases. Just do your homework first! The gentleman in finance was great... patiently answered all of my questions and made the process quick; he explained all of the warranties thoroughly and didn't pressure me into purchasing warranties I wasn't interested in. Love my new Pilot! Thank you Dino!! More
