The service center was able to get my car in for repairs immediately. They made sure someone was with me at all times so I never felt left wondering what was going on while I was there. I was seen to a rent immediately. They made sure someone was with me at all times so I never felt left wondering what was going on while I was there. I was seen to a rental car quickly and made sure I had everything I needed. I was called before any inspection or work was done on my vehicle. I was given a list of what was being repaired and the repair team worked with my warranty company to ensure that everything I needed fixed was fixed since I was so close to being out of warranty. They also covered additional rental car costs not covered by my warranty due to the holiday weekend. I truly appreciated this. My car is running great. I am so very happy to have her back. More
Of course they tried many of the old tricks but came up with good numbers and a decent deal. Brandon seemed to put in a lot of effort trying to passively insult my intelligence and prove that I was in the wrong. I could go on for a while on all the ways they demonstrated terrible customer service but lets just say I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I am an even-tempered, patient guy but these guys, specifically Brandon, were just ridiculous. If someone would have just been polite (or even not a jerk) when I was having second thoughts about the deal, I would have more than likely pulled the trigger and purchased the car. In the competitive business of car sales where deals are a dime a dozen, you gotta deliver the basics of customer service and these guys don't get it. More

His ability to listen and his exceptional customer service was nothing less than what I have come to expect from the Honda brand. He worked very hard at getting me an amazing deal on the exact the car I wanted and not for one minute did I think, he did not have my interests upfront. I purchased my 2010 Honda Pilot from Gary at Right Honda recently. My whole experience from start to the time I drove my new Pilot home was wonderful. I hate taking my car there for a oil change because of the fear of being hounded by the sales people there. This week was my worst experience ever. When I go to get my oil changed I usually ask how long i the fear of being hounded by the sales people there. This week was my worst experience ever. When I go to get my oil changed I usually ask how long it will take. During this time I plan on making phone calls and catching up on e-mails. On this particular day, the salesman called my name once. I was on the phone at the time and when he saw that I was off the phone he called my name again and then escorted me to a table to "discuss" my lease (which still has 1 year left). I indicated that I was not prepared to discuss this at that time. He continued to hound me, until I became angry. He finally backed off. When I want to discuss my lease with a salesperson, I will come to them. I do not appreciate being "attacked" every time I just want to get my oil changed or need other auto services. More
