You know that feeling that you just got reamed when you walk out of finance when you purchase a car? Well not here! Scott was awesome, I told him what I was looking for, and he didn't pull up 5 other cars walk out of finance when you purchase a car? Well not here! Scott was awesome, I told him what I was looking for, and he didn't pull up 5 other cars that didn't fit my needs or budget and try to talk me into them. (unlike the 4 other dealerships I had been to.)Then I met Jose in Finance, again he was straight with me and presented a finance plan that fit the budget I came in with and didn't try to 'up sell' me. In fact as we went over the paperwork, financing, warranty and everything involved the deal just got better and better! Usually you end up feeling worse and paying more than what was offered at the table, again not here! I was even happier about my purchase walking out of finance then I was when I finished the test drive. While I have only experienced working with these two at Right Honda, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND asking for Scott Ford, he has been the lease salesy Sales guy I have had the pleasure to work with. More

The service center was able to get my car in for repairs immediately. They made sure someone was with me at all times so I never felt left wondering what was going on while I was there. I was seen to a rental car quickly and made sure I had everything I needed. I was called before any inspection or work was done on my vehicle. I was given a list of what was being repaired and the repair team worked with my warranty company to ensure that everything I needed fixed was fixed since I was so close to being out of warranty. They also covered additional rental car costs not covered by my warranty due to the holiday weekend. I truly appreciated this. My car is running great. I am so very happy to have her back. More

Of course they tried many of the old tricks but came up with good numbers and a decent deal. Brandon seemed to put in a lot of effort trying to passively insult my intelligence and prove that I was in the wrong. I could go on for a while on all the ways they demonstrated terrible customer service but lets just say I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I am an even-tempered, patient guy but these guys, specifically Brandon, were just ridiculous. If someone would have just been polite (or even not a jerk) when I was having second thoughts about the deal, I would have more than likely pulled the trigger and purchased the car. In the competitive business of car sales where deals are a dime a dozen, you gotta deliver the basics of customer service and these guys don't get it. More
