I hate taking my car there for a oil change because of the fear of being hounded by the sales people there. This week was my worst experience ever. When I go to get my oil changed I usually ask how long i the fear of being hounded by the sales people there. This week was my worst experience ever. When I go to get my oil changed I usually ask how long it will take. During this time I plan on making phone calls and catching up on e-mails. On this particular day, the salesman called my name once. I was on the phone at the time and when he saw that I was off the phone he called my name again and then escorted me to a table to "discuss" my lease (which still has 1 year left). I indicated that I was not prepared to discuss this at that time. He continued to hound me, until I became angry. He finally backed off. When I want to discuss my lease with a salesperson, I will come to them. I do not appreciate being "attacked" every time I just want to get my oil changed or need other auto services. More

I was using Right Honda's service department as I always do, and that's when Tate approached me, telling me he wanted to trade me out of my civic and put me in a new one because of the new body style change do, and that's when Tate approached me, telling me he wanted to trade me out of my civic and put me in a new one because of the new body style changed the civic had undergone. I agreed to just look, when Tate described the new features that the 2012 civic had I felt very comfortable with the car, before I had even taken the test drive!! After the test drive Brandon assured me I would be in and out in just under an hour with my new car. Well needless to say the transaction was very smooth and I felt very relaxed and not Pressured at all as other dealerships had made me feel in the past.
