My first visit to right Toyota and my last visit. Upon picking up my vehicle he told me they completed an oil change and that I’d be responsible for paying for the service. After calling him out to his face that he was not supposed to do any work he shrugged his Shoulders and said I signed paperwork. An awful experience start to finish. I felt as though I was being extorted by a criminal syndicate instead of a local business. More
